Edward “Louie” Hathy, 83, of Conneaut, passed away Thursday November 9, 2017 at UH Geauga Medical Center.  He was born October 9, 1934 in Conneaut to Samuel & Elizabeth (Simon) Hathy.

Louie retired from the P&C Dock Company February 1, 2000.  He was a member of the Hungarian Reformed Church. Louie enjoyed gardening, plants, fishing, model train and walking.

Survivors include his sister in law, Marilyn Hathy of Conneaut; numerous nieces & nephews; great nieces and nephews; and his friends Tom Natto and Sue Spangler.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Margaret Hathy, brothers, Robert, Samuel, Richard, Kenneth and Howard “Satch” Hathy.

At Louie’s request no calling hours or service will be held.
