Marlene W. Call, 73, of Conneaut, passed away Monday evening, January 30, 2017 at Geauga Hospital in Chardon, OH. She was born December 13, 1943 in Buffalo New York.
Marlene worked as a cashier at Kmart for 13 years. She was an avid reader of all types of books. She loved to dance alongside her husband Jim since the 1970's. Her most beloved time was spent with her family.
Survivors include her husband Jim Call, whom she married April 11, 1964 in Ripley, New York; her daughters Laurie (Michael Morgan) Janek and Janet Merlene; her grandchildren Hanna Merlene, Joey Merlene, Nicole Nine, Corey Nine and Gage Janek; her mother-in-law Mary Spink; and her brother-in-laws Richard (Cindy) Spink, and Larry (Faith) Spink.
She was preceded in death by her father John Ingram.
Memorial service will be 4:00 PM, Friday, February 3, 2017, at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, with family friend John Prestas eulogizing.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 PM until the time of the service at 4:00 PM.
