Susan C. Woodworth, 68, of Conneaut, passed away Thursday evening, May 4, 2017 at University Hospital in Cleveland. She was born December 2, 1948 in Conneaut, and was the daughter of Donald and Jean (Yarnell) Huston, I.
Susan was a graduate of Conneaut High School and later was a bus driver for Conneaut Area City Schools, retiring in 2004 after 30 years of service.
She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Conneaut Eagles #408. She enjoyed playing Bingo, and watching the Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Caveliers, and Nascar, especially Matt Kenseth. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending their sporting events.
Survivors include her son Richard of Conneaut; grandchildren Tyler (Tonya) Woodworth, Derek (Sarah Chapman) Woodworth, Dustin Waid, Stefanie Waid, Amber Lowe, Marc Woodworth, and Noelle Woodworth; great-grandchildren Colton, Dakota, Montana, Kaden, Easton, Brantley, Remington, Alyssa, Zyan, and Cody. Also surviving are her brothers Donald (Patricia) Huston of Conneaut, Roland (Thelma) Huston of Old Towne, ME, and Larry (Faye) Huston of Girard, PA; her daughter-in-law Marne Waid of Jefferson, sister-in-laws Arlene (Ron) Ross and Terri (Bob) Jones all of Conneaut, and Debbie Woodworth of Bay Village; brother-in-law Tim (Anita) Woodworth of Avon Lake; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Raymond N. Woodworth in November; her son Raymond; grandson Cody; and her brother-in-law Jerry Woodworth.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Monday, May 8, 2017 at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, Ohio. Memorial gathering will follow visitation at the Conneaut Eagles #408, 171 Main St., Conneaut.
There will be no funeral service, however, burial will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, North Kingsville, Ohio.
