Remington (Remi) Thomas July 29, 2009 to May 31, 2023 Passed away on Wednesday May 31, 2023 just 2 months shy of his 14th birthday. Remi loved to play outside, especially during the evening and nighttime hours. He loved the cool breezes! He loved to play with toys, pulling the tags off the toys, and playing keep away with us.

He was so smart and attentive. One day during the summertime we were talking about Christmas and Remi got up and went to his toy basket and dug through the pile of toys to bring us one of his favorite toys…A Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer! HaHaHa…he knew what we were talking about and just had to be part of the conversation!

Remi was always so caring and loving. When his Mom broke her back he was always at her side to help her up from a chair. Making sure she had her balance and offering his steady strong back to help her stand up. He was always at her side during the walking exercises.

Remi also became the neighborhood dog to our elderly neighbors. He would walk over for a visit for a few hours and then we would get a phone call that he was done and was heading back home!

Remi was very protective over his Mom whenever we had a visitor. He would slyly position himself between his Mom and the visitor without anyone realizing it. Always happy and playful but also always alert and on duty!

Remi, you will always be our Biggy Boy, our D.O.G. and all those other nicknames Dad and Mom would call you!

Gracie will miss your sidestep and your 3 AM potty breaks that last forever! Gracie will be taking it from here…she learned from the best just like you did from Gabby!
