Carolyn S. (Caldwell) Bordner

Carolyn S. Bordner, 74 of Conneaut passed away Sunday August 18, 2019 at UH Conneaut Medical Center. She was born November 13, 1944 in Erie, PA the daughter of Theodore and Virginia (Malott) Caldwell.

She worked as a bartender for the Springfield VFW.  Carolyn belonged to the American Legion Cowle Post # 151 Auxiliary, Conneaut Moose Lodge, Conneaut Eagles #408.  She enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children, Cherie (Charles) Hawn of Conneaut, Lorie (Jeff Joslin) Mowry of Ashtabula, Robert Crandall of Grafton and Paul (Darlene) Bordner of Geneva on the Lake, Michele (Kary) Dick of Wadsworth; grandchildren, Jennifer (Steven) Vallance, James (Amanda) Fultz, Heather (Brandon) Mowry, Amanda (Rich) Martin, Jaynie (Rich) McDonald, Kristina (Justin) Luce, Justin (Kayla) Fiala, Danny (Jennifer) Fiala, Kayla (Bryant) Wheeler, Tedgina Williamson, Jason Braden, Jr., Kyla & Kenton Bordner; twenty-seven great-grandchildren and a brother Ken Williamson of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Duane Crandall; grandsons, Bradley Crandall and Russell Crandall.

Calling hours will be held from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday August 22, 2019 at the Marcy Funeral Home, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut.

Private family burial will take place at Springfield Cemetery in East Springfield, PA

In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
