Charolette L. Millard, 69, of Conneaut, passed away Monday at St. Vincent Hospital.  She was born March 29, 1948 in Erie, PA to Raymond and Harriet (Piatt) Carrier.  Charolette worked for St. Vincent Hospital for forty-seven years.  She loved spending time with grandchildren and doing crafts.  Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Millard, Sr; children, Ronnie (Marlo) Millard, Jr., Lisa (Lynn) Bateman both of Conneaut; step-daughters, Pam (Terry) Book and Deb Millard both of Titusville, PA;  Nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; siblings, Theresa (Ken) Hlopick of Columbus, OH, Raymond Carrier of Erie, PA and Charles Carrier of Conneaut.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, John Carrier and Thomas in infancy and her step-mother, Judy Carrier.  Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Friday October 27, 2017 at the Marcy Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, OH with Rev. Robert C. Guldenschuh, Jr., of First Baptist Church officiating.
