Jack L. Daub, 72, of Conneaut, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at University Hospital in Cleveland. He was born June 3, 1942 in Conneaut, and was the son of Charles and Elnore (Humphrey) Daub.
Jack was a 1965 graduate of Conneaut High School and honorably served in the Unites States Marine Corps. He later worked for Mercury Plastics for 23 years as a lab technician.
Jack’s hobby and life passion was looking up and documenting his ancestry’s genealogy back to the 1700’s. He also enjoyed reading.
Survivors include his daughter Lea (Darron) Crabtree; his granddaughter Lorran Crabtree, all of Carbondale, IL; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Arlowyn in 2010; his brothers, Charles, James, and Frank Daub; and his sister Patricia Hoag.
At Jack’s request, private family services will be observed.
