Linda L. (Carlson) Warren

Linda L. Warren, 77, of Conneaut, went home to be with her Lord on September 7, 2018, at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home.

Linda was born January 25, 1941, to Clyde V. and Opal (Wallace) Carlson in Warren, OH. She grew up in Orwell and graduated from Grand Valley High School in 1958 and attended Warren School of Cosmetology. She later found joy working as a secretary at Brown Memorial Hospital in the radiology department.

She was a member of the Conneaut Church of God and loved helping in the nursery. She enjoyed watching Cleveland Sports teams, the Cavaliers were her favorite, and taking car rides all over the northeast corner of Ohio taking in the scenery. But above all, her greatest joy was her family.

Linda is survived by her husband Albert Warren whom she married 57 years ago on July 1, 1961 at the Orwell Presbyterian church; a daughter Vicki Warren of Florida; son Keith (Dawn) of California; three grandchildren Karissa and Alex Orrenmaa and Taylor (Jemeela) Warren; great-grandson Easton Warren; sister Delores (Joe) Dunkerton of Orwell, OH; niece Lori (Jon) Sommers and their children Derek and Jillian all of Arizona and many other nieces and nephews and cousins.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 15, 2018, at the Church of God, 5327 Center Rd (RT 7) Conneaut, OH. 44030, with Pastor Carson Robson officiating. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens in Kingsville, OH.

At Linda’s request, there will be no formal calling hours, friends are invited to visit with the family from 1:00 until the time of service at 2:00 PM.

Memorial Contributions may be made the Church of God or Hospice of the Western Reserve. Envelopes will be available at the church or at The Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, OH, who have been entrusted to care for the Warren Family.
