Ralph Boggs, 91, of Kingsville, passed away Sunday morning, April 23, 2017 at the Ashtabula County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born December 14, 1925 in West Springfield, PA, and was the son of Abner and Drusilla (Tallhamer) Boggs. 

He sailed the Great Lakes, and retired from Union Carbide. Ralph loved bowling, fishing, playing cards, and loved having family around. He especially loved the family reunions every year. 

Survivors include his daughter Brenda (Mick) Febel of Madison, OH; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; her sisters Francis Metcalf of Pontiac, MI and Betty Kahler of Conneaut; as well as many nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughters Linda Boggs and Wendy West; his sister Doris Lemmo; 5 brothers Ted, Robert, James, Kenneth and Al Boggs; and 1 sister in infancy.
