Theosile “Tom” T. Hart, 57, of Andover, passed away October 20, 2017 at Andover Village. He was born February 27, 1960 in Conneaut, and was the son of Richard and Harriett (Miller) Hart.

Tom had worked as the safety director for Diversified Transportation and also had been a load limit inspector for the State of Ohio. In his early years, he volunteered for Monroe Township. He loved reading up on history, German shepherds and eagles. In recent years, Tom became a strong voice for others and didn’t take anything from anyone.

Survivors include his brother Richard (Debra) Hart of Monroe Township; his niece Mackenzie Suchard of Monroe Township; numerous relatives; and his dear friend Heather.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

It was Tom’s request that there be no calling hours or funeral. Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center has been entrusted with arrangements.
