Amy M. Breach

Amy M. Breach 48, of Madison Township, OH passed away August 12, 2025. She was born July 18, 1977, the rambunctious daughter of Douglas and Donna (Wolf) Breach. 

She was a graduate of Madison High School and although she had many jobs over the years, she found the most joy working as a caregiver with the MRDD. Amy was known to take her clients on fun outings, Black Friday shopping and welcomed them like family at her own wedding.

Amy easily made friends and was known as a people person. She enjoyed coloring, reading Jody Picoult and going to family gatherings. Much like her mother, she loved all things sparkly, bright and colorful. She was a wonderful and loving mother prior to her lengthy battle with her mental health and substance use disorder. 

She is survived by her three children Mackenzie Terrasi of Ashtabula, OH, Ryleigh Wurm of Geneva, OH, and Carter Wurm of Geneva, OH; brother Douglas (Danielle) Breach of Leroy Twp, OH; Father Douglas (Norma) Breach of Painesville as well as many nieces and nephews. Amy is preceded in death by her mother Donna and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

At this time, there will not be any services observed.
