Bruce E. Saunders

Bruce E. Saunders, 55, of Sheffield Township, passed away tragically on March 12, 2024. He was born September 5, 1968 in Ashtabula, Ohio to Clyde and Lois (Corey) Saunders.

He was a son, father, brother, papa, uncle, and friend who had a grateful heart who loved listening to music, landscaping with his mother in past years, working on cars side by side with his dad making sure he always had company, goofing around with his karaoke machine and spending time with his best buddy Poppers. An accomplished artist, he enjoyed painting murals on walls, designing tattoos, cooking, and baking the most incredible oatmeal raisin cookies.

Bruce lived by two bible verses Matthew 7:1, do not judge or you will be judged and Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

He is survived by his father Clyde; his three children whom he was so proud of Bruce Saunders II, Tabetha (Travis) Hendell, and Angelina Saunders; sisters Lisa (Rick) Makepeace and Linette Wiley; and his granddaughter Alice and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Bruce was preceded in death by his mother Lois, brother Clyde and nephew Evan.

There will be no services observed.
