Carole A. (Skeel) Lemponen

Carole A. Lemponen, 88 of Burton, OH passed away June 24,2025 at Ohman Family Living in Huntsburg, OH. She was born February 11, 1937 in Long Island, NY to Arthur and Leah (Kagels) Skeel.

She was a graduate of Rice Ave High School in Girard, Pa and went on to become a medical secretary at Hamot Medical Center and then retired from the Cleveland Clinic.

Carole was a wonderful cook, especially her pot roast and meatloaf, baking wonderful pies and chocolate cake everyone would rave about, flower gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Carole is survived by her husband Carl and sons Michael W. Lemponen of Burton, OH and Carl V. Lemponen; sister Joy (John) Morley of Cranesville, PA and brother Bill Skeel of Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her parents and maternal and paternal grandparents.

There will be no services observed at this time.
