Charles W. "Charlie" Moore, Sr.

Charles W.  “Charlie” Moore, Sr, 72, of Conneaut passed away unexpectedly Friday February 24, 2023 at his home.  Born June 28, 1950 in Cleveland, Ohio.  He was the son of Charles E. and Lois (Fields) Moore.

Charlie work for RMI Sodium plant for twenty-two years before going to work for Continental Structural Plastics.

He loved working on his computer and being with his family.

Survivors include his wife Bonnie (Stearns) of 53 years, whom he married on March 29, 1969; sons Charles W. Moore, Jr. and Tom Moore; brother, Leonard Moore.

He was preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter, Mercedes Moore, and a sister Kathy Plats.

Funeral service will be 4:00 PM Tuesday February 28, 2023 at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut,  where family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home on Tuesday.

In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the APL.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

The family asks that everyone attending the visitation and funeral dress casual, as Charlie didn’t like to dress up.
