Chester W. Gagat, Jr.

Chester W. Gagat, Jr., 73, of Conneaut passed away peacefully at his home.  Born July 6, 1948 in Ashtabula, Ohio. The son of Chester and Marjorie (Schall) Gagat, Sr.

Chester worked at MGF as a computer designer until his retirement.

He loved to play with his dog Rambo, riding motorcycles, shooting guns, driving his car, watching NASCAR and the Cleveland Browns.  He collected die cast cars, eagles, and wolves.

Survivors include his siblings, Clinton Gagat and Faye Gagat Gray; children, Rambo Gagat, Lynn Jones, Adam (Doreen) Jones, Mary Ramaley, Scott (Mary) Jones, Sarah (Bob) Brown; many loving grandchildren, including Erin Hemphill and Chance Brown, Jase, Skylar, Jennifer, Devin, Crystal, A.J. and Lisa; great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Virginia (Roland) Gagat and his daughter, Cynthia Gagat.   

At his request no services will be held.
