Dean A. Artman, 64, of North Kingsville, passed away September 10, 2020 at UH Geauga Hospital. He was born April 9, 1956 in Ashtabula and was the son of Donald and Brenda (Billings) Artman.
Dean owned Artman Trucking for seventeen years and was a member of the Conneaut Moose Lodge and the Conneaut Eagles. He enjoyed riding his Harley, 4-wheelers, tinkering in his garage, traveling in his motor coach to Florida, and his Black Label Johnny Walker. Most of all, Dean enjoyed being with his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include his mother Brenda Artman of Ashtabula; the love of his life Shelly Westcott of North Kingsville; his daughter Emily (Jose) Rodriguez of North Kingsville; his sons Jacob Artman of Kingsville, and Jarod (Fiancé Katie) Artman of West Hartford, CT; his grandchildren Penelope, Olive, and Daphne Rodriguez; and his brother Randy (Kim) Artman of Kingsville.
He was preceded in death by his father Donald Artman.
Motorcycle procession will assemble at 10AM, Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, with kickstands up at 10:30AM sharp.
A private prayer will be held 11AM at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Rt. 20, Kingsville, where inurnment will take place.
