Donna A. (Keeler) Cowan

Donna A. Cowan, 87, of Jefferson, OH., passed away peacefully on July 7,2023 at the Ashtabula County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kingsville, OH.

Donna was born December 5, 1935 to Irving and Beulah (Fisher) Keeler in Sidney, NY. After successfully graduating high school, she spent most of her life raising her three sons and later obtained her bachelor’s degree in law close to the age of seventy.

She had a love for her family that was rooted deep and her most important time was spent organizing family gatherings and be surrounded with love. She was an active and caring woman who spent most of her life thinking about others. She was a faithful Christian and found joy when her sons who would attend church with her.

Donna is survived by her three sons Randy (Cindy) of Campbell, CA, Rodrick (Kimberly) of Rocklin, CA, Dana of Jefferson, OH, and her three grandchildren Jessica Montierth, CA, Rebbeca Good, OH and Christina Wheeler, PA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ronald, and a sister Mary McCormack

A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Jefferson United Methodist Church, 125 E. Jefferson St., Jefferson, OH 44047, with Pastor Lizzie Weed officiating.
