Edward Meaney

Edward J. Meaney, 60 Of Conneaut, OH passed away December 20, 2025 at Lake West Hospital in Willoughby OH. He was born February 2, 1965 to Richard and Shirley (Miller) Meaney in Conneaut, OH.

Ed had a love for hunting and playing chess, had a great sense of humor cracking jokes and making everyone around him laugh. Most of all he enjoyed being with his family and chasing his grandchildren all around.

He is survived by his daughter Samantha (Greg) Bones of Conneaut, OH; three sisters Cindy (Al) Cropeck, Susan Meaney, and Kathy Smith; two brothers Rick and Donald Meaney; grandchildren Elija and Elliott Bones.

Preceding him in death are his parents, brothers Paul, Bob and Tom Meaney and two sisters Barbara Meaney and Louann Harlacher.

At the request of Ed, there will be no services observed.

Burial will take place in St. Joseph cemetery in Ashtabula at the convenience of the family.
