Frederick “Scott” McCall, 60, of Conneaut, passed away Thursday November 28, 2024 at home with his family by his side. He was born July 8, 1964 in Conneaut, the son of Frederick and Diane (Forsty) McCall.
Scott worked as a directional drill and heavy equipment operator for ASW Pipeline for many years. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and belonged to the Operators Union 860. He loved cows, tinkering in his garage, harassing his siblings, being with his family, shooting guns, was a beekeeper, and working on all sorts of things with Bobby Pape.
Survivors include his son Frederick “Freddy” McCall of Conneaut; sister Millie (Bubba) Polchosky of Conneaut; brother Chuck (Wynona) McCall of Daphne, AL; nieces Niki (Sam) Box, of Daphne, AL, Cortney Polchosky of Conneaut, Sarah (Adam) Harrison of Fairhope, AL; nephew Hunter (Bailey Helms) McCall of Daphne, AL; great nieces Whitley and Wren; and great nephew Wyatt.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Celebrations of life will be held at a later date and announced by the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, which is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.
