Fifteen Years of pure, silly joy,

A beautiful life you loved to live.

Ruling the yard with your happy voice, and all the laughter you used to give.

You barked at anything and everything,

Making sure the whole world knew you were there.

But now the backyard is far too quiet,

And a heavy sadness fills the air.

Fifteen years went by in a flash,

And we know now it was not long enough.

Seeing dear Heppy miss his sweet mama,

Makes saying goodbye so incredibly tough.

I had the honor to hold your heart and love you fully for your whole life.

And us and Heppy will miss you deeply,

For every single day of the rest of ours.
