Hans Petsch Obituary

Hans Otto Petsch, 89, of Conneaut, passed away Saturday November 16, 2019 at his home. He was born July 1, 1930 in Cleveland, Ohio. The son of Conrad & Anna (Bucking) Petsch.

Mr. Petsch received his Master’s degree from Case Western Reserve. He was a Professor in Physics and Mathematics for different Colleges throughout his tenure such as Marietta, Ashland and Buena Vista University.

He enjoyed painting, the outdoors, walking by the lake and was an avid reader.

Survivors include his wife Catherine (Horning) whom he married June 30, 1956; children, Richard Petsch of Conneaut, Stephen Mark Petsch of Las Vegas, Thomas (Michelle) Petsch of Fernley, NV and Jeanne Petsch of Morehead, KY; grandchildren, Samuel, Samantha, Brooke, Kerry and Kyla.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Lora Petsch.

Private family graveside will be held at Lakewood Park Cemetery in Rocky River, Ohio
