James Patrick Kennedy

James Patrick Kennedy, 76, of Conneaut, passed away Wednesday October 6, 2021 at the Cleveland Clinic.  He was born March 23, 1945 in Cleveland, Ohio the son of Donald C. & Helen (Lockner) Kennedy.

James was a pipefitter for Local Union #120.  He also enjoyed farming, he was a hardworking man, racing boats in his younger years going to Raceway 7 to watch his son in law race. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with family & friends.

Survivors include his children Carolyn (Steve Fitzpatrick) Kennedy-Skoczen, Maureen (Gary) Murphy, Jeff (Jennifer), Daniel (Ella) & Kelly (Kyle) Kazak; grandchildren; Amanda, Felicia, Marissa, Cameron, Courtney, Christie, Andrew, Braeden, Madyn, Greyson, Helaina, Lilly, Tessa and Logan; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Adalynn, Ryker & Mya; siblings, Robert (Barbara) Kennedy, Donald (Kathy) Kennedy, Joyce Brennan and Barbara Wade.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Craig.

Calling hours will be held from 12:00 Noon- 2:00 PM Sunday October 10, 2021 at the Marcy Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut.  The family has requested  that everyone attending visitation to please wear a mask.
