Jeffrey E. Peck

April 11, 1954 ~ August 5, 2022 (age 68)


Jeffrey E. Peck, 68, of Monroe Twp., passed away peacefully Friday August 5 at UH Cleveland.  He was born April 11, 1954 in Erie, Pa.  He was the son of Russell and Betty (Torrence) Peck.

Jeff retired after over thirty years with General Electric in Conneaut.

Jeff was an avid outdoorsman who spent many hours fishing, hunting, and enjoying nature.  He also had innate mechanical abilities and got considerable fulfillment working on anything that needed fixed (especially cars). Finding great bargains and treasures at yard sales was another pastime that brought him great enjoyment.

He will be dearly missed by survivors including his children, Shannon (Joe) Spitler, Jennifer (Brent Lynn) Peck, and Tim (Megan Zeller) Peck, grandchildren, Blaine, and Trevor Spitler.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Debra and a brother James Peck.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Friday August 12, 2022 at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until time of service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in East Conneaut Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Ashtabula APL.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
