Jerry L. Hall, 86, of Monroe Township, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024. He was born September 14, 1937 in Conneaut, the son of Walter Hall and Fern (Cochran) Kirk.
Jerry graduated from high school and attended Baldwin Wallace. He worked as a private investigator for Mal Coleman, Inc, retiring July 1999.
He was a member of the Evergreen Masonic Lodge #222 for over 50 years and member of DeMolay. Jerry enjoyed hunting turkey, fishing, woodworking, building his log cabin, reading, an avid Cleveland Browns, Cavs, Indians/Guardians fan. He mostly enjoyed caring for his wife for many years, spending time with his family, and being in his chair in front of the fire with his dogs.
Survivors include his daughters Kelly (Russ) Seliga of Palm Coast, FL, and Michelle Williams of Waddy, KY, son Jay Curry of Cincinnati; brother Russell (Diane) Hall of Cleveland; grandchildren Nathan Baxter of Monroe Twp, Angelina Salvatore of Chicago, Andrew Curry and Christian Curry, both of Tampa; great-grandchildren William Salvatore and Adam Salvatore both of Chicago.
He was preceded in death by his parents; step-father J. Leslie Hall; wife Ruth Anne Hall; daughter Cheryl Foy; and son-in-law Michael Miller.
Funeral Service will be 12:00PM, Monday, July 29, 2024 at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at noon on Monday.
