Julie (Welton) Simmons

Julie Simmons, 45, of North Kingsville passed away Tuesday December 21, 2021 at UH Geneva Hospital from complications from COVID-19.  She was born July 21, 1976 in Ashtabula, Ohio.  The daughter of Roger and Marjorie (Leonard) Welton, Jr. 

She graduated from Ashtabula High School class of 1994. She then went on to earn her degree in Human Services from Kent State. 

Julie enjoyed many hobbies including adding to her well known Halloween Display, making holiday decorations for family and friends, among others. 

Survivors include her husband Michael; daughter Zoie Simmons; siblings, Jennifer Welton, Jamie Morris, Jessica (Daniel) Goff and Roger Welton, III. 

Memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday December 28, 2021 at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut.
