Kevin L. Osborne

Kevin Lee Osborne passed away Friday, January 23, 2026, surrounded by his family at University Hospital in Cleveland. He was born in Conneaut, Ohio on February 25, 1968, to Donna and Walter Osborne.

From a young age, Kevin had a deep love for animals, a compassion that stayed with him throughout his life. Raccoons, cats, dogs, opossums, squirrels, bats, owls—if an animal was in need, Kevin was there to help. In many ways, some of those animals helped save him too.

Kevin loved playing pranks on his family and took great joy in hearing others laugh. Though he often carried a tough exterior, those who truly knew him understood how gentle and kind his heart was.

In 1985, Kevin married Debra Ogle, and together they welcomed two children, Stephanie and Justin Osborne. His children were his world, and he worked tirelessly to give them everything he could. Kevin spent much of his working career at Lukjan Metal Products, where he formed many lasting friendships.

Kevin had an unconditional love for his grandchildren, Kittian and Rylan, who brought him his greatest happiness. Later in life, Kevin proudly shared his love for Christ and began turning his life around with faith and purpose.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Walter Osborne; his mother, Donna Simpson-Osborne; and his uncle, James B. Hughes.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Ogle-Osborne; daughter Stephanie Osborne (Russell); son Justin Osborne; grandchildren Kittian and Rylan Clowser-Osborne; sisters Tammy (Junior) Curtis, Deborah (Avery) Turnage, Sharon (Barry) Bartosh; brother Brian (Shauna) Osborne; and many nieces and nephews who loved him unconditionally.
Private services for family and close friends will be held at Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, which is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.
