Lorraine Gasch Obituary

Lorraine S. Gasch, 72, of Conneaut, passed away Thursday afternoon, September 26, 2024 at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland. She was born July 28, 1952 in Conneaut, the daughter of Gordon and Elizabeth (Gee) Gasch.

Lorraine was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Ashtabula and helped council young women. She enjoyed needle crafts, cooking, decorating cakes, and ceramics. She was very artistic and loved making things for her great nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her brother Larry (Angie) Gasch of Conneaut, nieces Linda (Carl) Zappitelli of Geneva, and Christine Gasch of Willoughby, nephews Tim Gasch of Medina and Kenneth Gasch of Chicago, IL; great-nieces and great-nephews Julian, Carli, Rowan, Anchele, and her step-nephew Aiden.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be 12:00 noon, Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at noon on Tuesday.

Contributions may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 571 Seven Hills Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
