Marcia Kay (Fertig) Pyle

Marcia Kay Fertig Pyle, 64, of Conneaut, passed away Monday July 3, 2023 at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home surrounded by her family.  She was born January 31, 1959 in Conneaut, Ohio the daughter of Dewey and Janice (Tuttle) Fertig, Sr.

Marcia graduated from Conneaut High School in 1977.  After high school she went to cosmetology school and got her license.  Marcia cut hair until her retirement.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her mother, Janice (Tuttle) Fertig, children, Michael (Megan) Pyle, Jr., Melanie (Michael) Shannon, and Melissa Pyle; grandchildren, Maleeya, Michael, Peyton, Journee, Trinity, Serenity, Maycee, McKenzy, and David; sister Kathi (Jeff) Bucci, brothers, Dewey (Marcia) Fertig, Jr., Rob (Shelly) Fertig, Jerry (Susie) Fertig, Randy (Martha) Fertig and Danny (Andrea) Fertig.

She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Pyle, Sr. in 2021 and her father.

Memorial service will be held 11:00AM Friday July 28, 2023 at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
