Pamela J. Howland, 75 of Kingsville, OH passed away June 18, 2025. She was born November 26, 1949, in Linesville, Pennsylvania to Fred and Ruth (Stahl) Koehler.
Pam attended McDowell High School in Erie, PA and was a 1967 graduate and had worked for Ashtabula County Children’s Services as an IT Specialist.
She was a member of the Amboy United Methodist Church for many years. She had a love for the outdoors, watching wildlife, and all animals. Reading was her favorite pastime and she enjoyed going for long drives to view the scenery.
She is survived by her former husband Donald; children Valerie Howland (Yasir Khan) of Austinburg, OH and Gary (Jennifer) Howland of Huntsburg, OH; and a grandchild, Emily Irish of Austinburg, OH.
Preceding her in death are her parents; a sister Eilene Glancy and brother Matthew Koehler.
At the family’s request, there will be no services observed at this time.
