Patricia A. (Harford) Stevenson

Patricia A. Stevenson, 88, of Conneaut, passed away Wednesday morning, September 16, 2020. She was born June 26, 1932 in Meadville, PA, the daughter of Llewellyn and Kathryn (Vincent) Harford.

Patricia received her Batchelor’s degree and worked as a substitute teacher for the Conneaut Area City Schools, retiring in 1983. She was a member of the former Lakeview United Methodist Church, now New Leaf, and enjoyed farming, reading, flower gardening, and having her vegetable stand at their farm and local farmers markets. She loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter Cathy Stevenson; her son Jeffrey Stevenson, both of Conneaut; her grandchildren Jeffrey (Megan,) Jr., Matthew (Danielle,) and Timothy; great-grandchildren Cody, Jasmyne (Zack,) Riley, Nick, Jake, and Blake; sister-in-law Ellen Harford of Maine, Nieces Rebecca Harford of Maine, and Sarah Harford of Vermont; and additional nieces and nephews on her husband Burl’s side of the family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Burl E. Stevenson, Jr.; her daughter Pamela Kay Stevenson; and brother J. M. Harford.

At Patricia’s request, there will be no services.

Contributions may be made in Patricia’s memory to the APL, American Cancer Society, or The Alzheimer’s Association. Envelopes will be available at the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, which has been entrusted with arrangements.
