Paul J. Ring, Jr.

Paul J. Ring, Jr., 58, of Erie, PA, passed away Monday, November 28, 2022 at UPMC Hamot Hospital. He was born October 30, 1964 in Conneaut, the son of Paul J. Ring, Sr., and Mary (Kerner) Ring Bowman.

Paul was a graduate of Edgewood High School and a member of the Federated Church in East Springfield, PA.

He enjoyed swimming as a boy and working with the circus in years past. Paul was very Pro-Life. He enjoyed watching basketball and talking on the phone especially with his family and friends.

Survivors include his mother Mary (Kerner) Ring Bowman of Twinsburg, OH; his sister Lou (John) Ring Sangdahl of Chagrin Falls, OH; niece Shelby Sangdahl; his half-sisters Lysa Ring and Lynda (Billy) Keith; half-brothers Jesse (Mara) Ring and Jacob Ring all of Alabama; and numerous cousins and distant relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father Paul, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Celebration of life service will be 12:00 PM, Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the Federated Church, 11995 Main St., East Springfield, PA.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at noon.
