Philip Allen Lemmo, 73 of Geneva lost his battle with liver cancer at home surrounded by his family on Thursday November 4, 2021. Phillip was born in Cleveland, Ohio on May 4, 1948 to Nicola a. Lemmo and Phyllis J. (Bliss).
He graduate of Boys Town class of 1967.
Phillip was a retired Vietnam Veteran of twenty years in the United States Navy. After retiring from the Navy he ran Sunset Apartments and finished his college degree at Kent State University, Ashtabula Campus.
He enjoyed going to casinos, especially with his brother to Las Vegas.
Phillip is survived by his brothers Jon Lemmo of AZ, Donald Lemmo of CO., Fredie Lemmo of Conneaut and Joseph Lemmo of Tiffin, Ohio, Chuck Angstrom and his sister, Sandy Angstrom Pavick, and his lifetime Tad Ferguson whom he treated as his son; also, many loving nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmom Jean Elliott Lemmo; twin brother Nicholas A. Lemmo and stepbrother Norman Elliott.
Burial will take place next spring with his twin brother Nicholas, at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio. Date and time will be announced by funeral home.
