Randy L. Draper, 68, of Bossier City, Louisiana, and formerly of Conneaut passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2023 at his home.  A private family service was held at East Conneaut Cemetery, Conneaut, Ohio. The arrangements have been entrusted to the Marcy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut.
