Rena Stills, 88, of Kelloggsville, passed away Wednesday August 25, 2021, at her home surrounded by family. She was born October 21, 1932, in Harrisville, W. VA, and was the daughter of Henry and Sylvia (McGuire) Martin.
She was an avid quilter, enjoyed baking, and feeding the wildlife around her home.
Rena was strong in her faith and loved by everyone who met her, and children were drawn to her.
She knew what life was about: no one left her house with an empty belly, without getting a hug or hearing her say, I Love You. Many hearts and souls were touched by her.
Survivors include her daughter Brenda (Paul) Aliff of Minerva, OH; four sons Henry “Bucky” (Cindy) of Conneaut, Eugene “Don” (Judy) of Jefferson, George “Punkin” of Kelloggsville, Robert of Pierpont, and Kenneth Still of Conneaut; nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Foster; her sister Mary Nicholson; and brothers, David & William Martin.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM, August 30th, 2021, at the Marcy Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, OH 44030. Burial will follow in Kelloggsville Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday, August 29, 2021, from 4:00-6:00 PM at the funeral home.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Maddox and Friends Cat Rescue, 723 Clark St., Conneaut, OH 44030. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
