Richard A. “Rick” Sundstrom,78, of Millersburg, OH, passed away, early Wednesday morning, September 8, 2021, at Scenic Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Millersburg, OH. He was born August 5, 1943, in Conneaut, the son of Aarne and Irene (Kapella) Sundstrom.

Rick was a graduate of Conneaut High School and enlisted in the United States Air Force. He previously was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church/Corpus Christi Parish in Conneaut and attended services at Scenic Pointe. He enjoyed playing baseball as a child, watching the Cleveland Indians, and loved cars, especially Chevy Camaros.

Survivors include his brother Michael Sundstrom of N. Kingsville; his sisters Joyce Bernard of Kilmarnock, VA, Linda (Dave) Jason of Scottsdale, AZ, and Elizabeth (Tom) Batta of Farmington, MN; and several nieces, nephews, and more distant relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother John Sundstrom.

Private services will be held with inurnment taking place in St. Joseph Cemetery.
