Robert Glenn Connors.
It is with heavy hearts and many tears we must say goodbye to the kindhearted son, brother, uncle and friend. Robert Connors passed away October 9, 2023 at Millcreek Community Hospital after an extended illness. Bob was born on December 11, 1950 in Albion. His middle name came from Doctor Glenn Greer.
Graduating from Northwestern High School in 1968. He went on to attend ATES Technical School and studied at Gannon University until he served in the US Army in Germany until June 1976.
After his discharge he worked at Riley Stoker then went on to become a boilermaker, which took him to all parts of the country, retiring in 2008.
Favorite pastimes were fishing, darts, and spending time with family. Bob spent many winters in Vegas earning a High Roller status.
He was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents; father, Tim Connors in 1989; a brother, Tom Connors in 2022.
Bob is survived by his mother, Helen Connors, brother, John (Deb) Connors, sister Mary Ann (Douglas) Lavery nieces and nephews, Marissa (Chad) Collier, Alecia (Alan) Nugent, John (Allia) Connors, Jason (Nikki) Lavery; great nieces and nephews, Donvan and Meara Lavery, Hanna Oleski, Brandon Hall and Alexander Connors.
Per Bob’s request there will be no calling hours or public service.
