Robert E. Deeter

Robert E. Deeter, 79, of Conneaut, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024. He was born January 13, 1945 in Troy, OH, the son of Ralph and Ula (Sours) Deeter.

Robert attended Kelloggsville Nazarene Church and enjoyed fishing on Conneaut Creek and Lake Erie, collecting miniature antique trucks, puzzles, and spending time with his grandchildren and attending all of their activities.

Survivors include his wife Lois (Lane) Deeter, whom he married February 4, 2005; his daughter Joy Conley of Jefferson, Lana Kirk of Conneaut; sons Franklin (Fiancé Krista Kohut) Conley of Conneaut, Marcus (Melissa) Conley of Conneaut, Lance (girlfriend Lilla Illig) Vargo of Jefferson; grandchildren Shelby, Matthew, Timothy, Laura Conley, Elzabeth Conley, Brandon Williams, Emmalee, Jayden, Aeryn Conley, LilyRose and Lane Vargo, and Rachel Vargo; great-grandchildren Shannon Gantz and Lucy Guthrie’ sisters Joyce Johnson of Dayton, and Roxanne (Dennis) Camp, of Ashtabula; and his brother Ralph (Barbara) Deeter of WI.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
