Russell V. Higley

Russell V. Higley, 53, of Kingsville, passed away Friday, March 31, 2023 at the Ashtabula County Medical Center. He was born March 2, 1970 in Ashtabula, the son of Elaine (Higley) and Stewart Spackman.

Russell graduated from the Ashtabula County Vo-Ed and worked for the local Labor Union in construction and also various trucking companies over the years.

He loved music, riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing, and being with his friends and family.

Survivors include his mother Elaine (Stewart) Spackman of Plymouth Twp; his daughter Alexa (Herbie Johnston) Higley of Conneaut; his son Ryan (Hannah) Sharp of Kingsville; grandchildren Josephine Sharp, Rosealyn Cox, and Gabriel Mayfield; sister Candy (Matt) Estok of Plymouth Twp.; his brother Troy (Chrissy) Higley of Monroe Twp; and his wife Sabrina (McQueeney) Higley of Ashtabula.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; and the mother of his children Milissa Higley.

Celebration of life will be held from 1:00-4:00 P.M., Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Lasting Impression Event Center, 326 West Main Rd., Conneaut.
