Thomas J. Connors, 74, of Conneaut, passed away September 27, 2022 with loved ones around him at UPMC Hamot, after an extended illness. Born September 9, 1948 in Erie, the first son of Thomas C. and Helen (Hresko) Connors.
Tom was catholic by faith and enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, and alligator hunting.
After graduating from Northwestern High School, he attended DeVry Institute in Florida graduating from the electrical program. Upon returning to PA Tom worked at GE before enlisting in the US Air Force. While in the Air Force Tom served in the Strategic and Nuclear Air Command. His unit (35th) received the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry.
Tom married Pearl (Becky) Mundkowski, lived in Florida and worked at McKinnon Furniture Outlet. Upon returning to Ohio, he worked at Traders of the Four Winds Furniture in Conneaut.
He will be greatly missed by his mother, Helen Connors of Albion, brothers, John (Debbie) Connors of Cranesville, PA, Bob Connors of Albion and a sister MaryAnn (Douglas) Lavery; several nieces and nephews and his dear companion Pam Ross.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas C. Connors and wife Pearl Connors and maternal and paternal grandparents.
Private services will be held in Hope Cemetery Cranesville, PA.
