Obituary

Willard Mullins, 69 of Monroe Twp. Passed away Monday February 1, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born April 11, 1951 in Logan, WV, the son of James & Rosie (Blizzard) Mullins.

Willard worked in a foundry before going to work for Manfredi Trucking as a mechanic.  He was on the Pioneer Picnic Committee, Coon Hunters Association in the past.

He enjoyed cooking and was known for his pumpkin pies making forty at a time, hunting, fishing, four wheeling, working on cars, shooting guns with his sons and grandsons, attending races at Raceway 7 every Friday night, and playing Santa during the Christmas season. Willard would give the shirt off of his back for anyone.  But most of all he enjoyed being with his family.

Buck (fiancé Katie Beeman), Larry (Rayleen) Mullins & Jessie (Ronda) Mullins, Juanita Mullins & family; grandchildren, Addilyn & Jackson, Jonathan, Jr., Larry, Jr., Tiffany, Dustin, Cortney, Nichole and Jessie Jr.; great-grandchildren, Elias & Rowan; siblings, Harold, Jerry, Jessie, Andrew, John, Sissy & Dolly; mother in law, Wilma (Frank) Kanera.

He was preceded in death by parents, wife Elaine Mullins whom he married July 22, 1972; siblings, Noah, William, Tommy & Garnett.

A public graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday February 6, 2021 at Kelloggsville Cemetery, Monroe Twp.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

The arrangements have been entrusted to Marcy Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, Ohio.
